I happened into a deal from Bushnell similar a few years ago, higher price specific model but with $100 rebate.

Took a chance after a bit of research, turned out to be a REAL deal on decent 10x42 ED prime glass, armored body. Some box store running a sale & handing out rebates. It's been an excellent mid size bino for our use. After being on the verge of such as the Nikons etc, it was nice to have yet another US company to chose from.
