Just a note to those who are going to use the recipe. The recipe calls for a ungreased pan. I did use a light coating of spray oil in my cast iron pan just as a little insurance to keep the brown sugar and pineapple from not sticking to the bottom when flipped over even though my cast iron is very well seasoned and virtually non stick.
