Yes! It's estimated that the 3-point seatbelt has saved tens of thousands of lives.

Cool. Remembered seeing the onboard video od the Lincoln Town Car that didn't have one.

Childrens Music.

This one was about mass casualties in medieval times.

NUMBER GAMES

If you had a standard deck of 52 playing cards, and the burning desire to do something no other human has ever done, you could simply do this.

***BEEP BEEP BEEP***

What is "shuffle". Mathematicians have calculated the odds of duplicating any given shuffle of 52 cards as so astronomical, that in all liklihood no specific order has ever been repeated more than once in the history of mankind, and likely never will be. Every single shuffle results in a new and unique order.

ENTERTAINMENT
This individual is a behind the scenes person in Hollywood, but if you watched TV in the 70's and 80's, you almost certainly know the name. Today is a special day for our mystery subject.

Happy Birthday to Lorne (and to our mystery guest), but that is not correct.

In my opinion, this person is more behind the scenes than LM. I doubt you could find a quote attributed to the subject. You will however, find a couple of acting credits - if you look back far enough to the 50's.

There are over 1000 entries in IMDB for birthdays today, so I need to give you a bit more.

Here's another hint - unisex first name.

More hints - Lifetime Achievement Oscar.
Also, slightly amending the original answer/hint.

*** BEEP BEEP BEEP ***

Who is Lynn Stalmaster?

Stalmaster got his first job in show business as an actor, appearing in the war movies The Steel Helmet (1951) and The Flying Leathernecks (1951). He also acted in the TV series Big Town but soon became involved in the casting department of the same show. Stalmaster established himself quickly as a solid casting director, finding steady work in both television and motion pictures. The name Lynn Stalmaster became well known especially to cinema-goers of the 1970s, when he was credited with casting more than 60 movies of the decade.

Originally split into three pieces with three different flavors: chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, this candy went all chocolate during WWII.

THE MOVIES

With over 800 on-screen deaths, this movie holds the record for highest body count in film history. Move over, John Wick!
