Maybe he didn't ask for Isolation. Some "Gangsters" like genpop because of hero worship from other inmates. In the late '80's we had two of Nicky Scafro's (Philadelphia) boys in population for several months while their sentence appeal went thru the system. It was funny to see wanabe gangsters walk up and pay homage to these little guys. ********* "Some people are alive today because it's against the law to kill them".

He was in Colman in Florida, One of the units there is the feds major protective cutody facility. Supposedly he attacked a guard there. I have a feeling they decided they wanted to get rid of him for good. The prison they sent him to had a rough reputation. If they put him in gen pop, they figured nature would probably take its course. It did.
