I remember one of the first posts I started and all I really thought was “I wonder if jallen will read it.
He did, offered his thoughts, thanked me and I was over the moon.
Godspeed jallen and peace to your family.

My condolences. I met Jim and Martine shortly before they moved from San Diego. Both are wonderful people and I am glad I had the pleasure of meeting them in person.

Prayers for Jim and Martine.

I probably read more of his linked articles than those from all others combined. Sad to see him go.

Like many have already said, I never met JALLEN, save through this remarkable place and am deeply saddened to hear of his passing.

I truly enjoyed the rare occasions our paths crossed in the odd thread.

Yes, he will be missed.

I am sorry to hear this if you can pass on my condolences to Martine. I had an opportunity to meet him and Martine last winter when I was in his area visiting friends. He was a gracious host. I will miss him and his thought provoking posts. RIP Jim
