True. But apple halves smeared with peanut butter is so much easier.
I'll pan fry on the range. Gotta know when the butter is right. When the moisture just starts to bubble out. And pan flip; preserves the yokes and saves the time of washing a utensil.

We haven't had eggs of any kind since the ccp crud came ashore. Our favorite breakfast places have either been locked down, very limited seating and/or masks until the food hits the mouth.
Tonight my wife announced we're having scrambled eggs and bacon. A little salsa and I'm set.
