"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
-- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Impeach the bastard right now': House Democrat wants Trump 'out of the White House' immediately

https://www.washingtonexaminer...te-house-immediately

Democratic Rep. Dina Titus of Nevada called President Trump a "bastard" and said she is ready for Congress to impeach and kick him out of the White House.

Titus delivered the remarks in a Sunday night speech at a Democratic presidential primary forum at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas. She told the crowd of Democrats that the 2020 election is "the most important election of your lifetime."

"The heart and soul of our nation is on the ballot," she said. "That's why our caucus is so important. It's the first step to getting this con artist out of the White House.

"You know, frankly, I think the House is going to do it, and I'd like to impeach the bastard right now," Titus continued, referencing the impeachment proceedings going on in the House.

If the House impeaches Trump, the president will face trial in the Senate and, if convicted, would then be removed from office.

After the speech, Titus faced questions from reporters for her profane comment about the president.

“Well, I guess I just don’t have very much respect for this president," Titus said. "That was just the first term that came to the top of my head."

Now they’ve reduced President Trump to a simple, run of the mill, everyday bastard.

Byron York had a good comment:

"Democrats don't want public to know origins of Ukraine probe like they didn't want public to know origins of Russia probe."

For exactly the same reason. Both were set ups to use false & fabricated info to bring down President Trump

Well, that's a positive event. I've been a little worried about Chief Justice Roberts, but maybe he'll be OK on this.

Michael Alan Weiner, aka Michael Savage was pretty disgusting today. He was discussing how unintelligent Trump is! He stated that Trump is obviously trying to hide something by withholding his tax records, that he is corrupted by having too much power, his dangerous arrogance is why he "agreed" to testifying before Congress, and that he (Savage) is finding it more and more difficult to support him as time goes by.

I thought to myself, if Trump makes the Democrats jump through multiple hoops in order to get a look at Trump's tax returns and they show nothing whatsoever with which to blame him, who will look like the fools then?

Trump never agreed to testify - he only said he'd consider it.

And, finally, I thought to myself, with supporters like Savage, who needs enemies?

I found what you said riveting.

Not going to watch the video, did she mention what the impeachable offense was? That part seems to be missing from all the "impeach the motherfucker" types. They are certain he needs to be impeached, but never state the actual charge.

One count of "orange" two counts of "man" and a lesser included charge of "bad."

If this were a criminal trial it would have consisted of Schiff just staring at the Republican members all bug-eyed...because there haven't been any "witnesses" called to testify yet.

I am not sure why that self aggrandizing ass-turnip even has a radio show. Even before 2016 his show was lame. I tried to listen to his show 1/2 dozen times and never found a single interesting or pithy segment.

Out of every 20 minutes of airtime Savage’s show seems to have the breakdown of approximately:
12 minutes of commercials
7 minutes of uninteresting/pointless anecdotes
1 minutes cliched jabs at San Fran.

Savage is a punk. It's all about himself and no one else. Every other minute is about his garbage nutrition books that only he is intelligent enough to understand, and his PhD from Berkeley. Glad the local stations dumped him long ago.

Between the democrat lunatics running for President, whacked out all D state governments reversing the Second Amendment, and antifa / whackos in general - I’m starting to see 2020 Presidential Election as a Flight 93 event. No choice but to act. As the great motorcycle racer Kenny Roberts would say “Full throttle, win or wipe”. In this case, “wipe” = socialism.

Trump is a machine. The thing that tickles me is the fund raising he pulls off. Can you imagine once he’s out of office the fund raising he ll be able to pull off as a “former” President for like minded political candidates?

I think he is the most crafty person to go to Washington in a long time and he spends a lot of his time manipulating his enemies. They just haven’t figured it out yet.

Impeachment surprise: How Adam Schiff validated my reporting on Ukraine

........" While the jury is still out on high crimes and misdemeanors, Schiff has managed to produce during the first few weeks of his impeachment hearings a robust body of evidence and testimony that supports all three of the main tenets of my Ukraine columns.

In fact, his witnesses have done more than anyone to affirm the accuracy of my columns and to debunk the false narrative by a dishonest media and their friends inside the federal bureaucracy that my reporting was somehow false conspiracy theories."............
