Nolte: No Legitimate Media Would Accept Adam Schiff’s Impeachment Lies and Secrecy

https://www.breitbart.com/poli...nt-lies-and-secrecy/

We have impeachment witnesses testifying in secret. We have transcripts of that testimony kept secret. We have Democrats refusing to allow Republicans to question a secret (fake) whistleblower. We have selective leaks of this secret testimony. We have the ringleader behind all of this, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), secretly conspiring with the fake whistleblower. And all of this is occurring within the framework of overturning a presidential election.

There is no way a legitimate media would ever be okay with any of this.

Throughout this entire Ukraine Hoax, Schiff has lied to the media, misled the media with selective leaks, over-promised on supposed bombshells — like what we would learn from the Ukraine call transcript that ended up being a big dud — and Schiff is right now working in the kind of partisan secrecy that literally reeks of a banana republic. And still…

Our corrupt media do not care. In fact, they are aiding and abetting this fascist secrecy.

A legitimate media would be screaming from the rafters for all witness transcripts to be released, not just to them but to the public. A legitimate media that truly believed in “norms” and “democracy” would demand that witnesses testify in public, would demand that the name of the phony whistleblower be released, would demand that a process as serious as impeachment be every bit as transparent and public as previous impeachment efforts in the television age — meaning the impeachment will be televised.

How did our media become so corrupt and so un-American that they are facilitating this secret coup attempt, not only with their silence in the face of this unprecedented secrecy, but with propaganda-nonsense about how dangerous it would be for the whistleblower to be identified.

We all know why Democrats and the media want the whistleblower to be allowed to hurl rocks and tomatoes from behind a mask… This removes the right of the accused to question the motives and integrity of his accuser. Imagine if we had never met Julie Swetnick and Christine Blasey Ford, the two liars who accused then-Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault. Without the opportunity to question them and learn about their histories, the phony charges they leveled probably would have brought Kavanaugh down.

That’s what Democrats want to avoid, and no one can blame them. Politics is tough stuff. I get that…

But what we are seeing from the media is a total abdication of every journalistic standard as they defend the secret proceedings behind a presidential coup orchestrated by a man who has made a cottage industry out of lying to the media about having the goods on Trump.

Can you imagine Chuck Todd and Jake Tapper, or anyone else who pretends to be a journalist, if some anonymous whistleblower downloaded on Barack Obama and Republicans responded with secret hearings where Democrats were not even allowed to question the accuser?

Can you imagine Republicans holding secret impeachment proceedings to take down Obama, secret testimony? The media would literally be on television jumping up and down on their desks demanding transparency.

And they would be 100 percent right.

But we no longer have a media.

All we have is a mob of coup plotters frustrated as hell over the failure of the Russia Collusion Hoax, backed by billions of corporate dollars, and who are willing to do everything in their sinister power to facilitate the removal of a duly elected president in almost total secrecy, willing to be serially lied to by an Adam Schiff, willing to violate every norm that makes our Constitution, our judicial and political system the envy of the world … just to get Drumpf.

Oh Lordy!
Run Jim, Run.

This is the first night in a very long time in which I have been encouraged by the nightly news.

Accountability may be coming for some.

Have we turned a corner?
Will laws be equally applied to all?

Sure did like John Solomon’s grin on Hannity this evening, very encouraging.

I would absolutely LOVE to see Bill Clinton’s wife get the nomination. If the rigors of the campaign didn’t kill her, President Trump would crush her even more than he did last time. I was thinking earlier that it would be hard to come up with a worse candidate than Fauxcahontas, but That shrew would absolutely be it. Watching Leftists heads explode after she either croaks or gets crushed again would just be a bonus. Bring it. Please!

SORRY DEMOCRATS, IT’S OVER!… John Solomon DROPS BOMB: Info Omitted from Whistleblower Report – Ukraine was Re-Opening Probe into Hunter Biden’s Company in February

https://www.thegatewaypundit.c...company-in-february/

BREAKING REPORT–
** President Trump did not THREATEN Ukrainians to reopen investigation of the Biden Crime Family
** The Ukrainian government reopened the investigation of the Biden Crime Family in FEBRUARY
** The whistleblower may have known this but omitted it from his complaint against President Trump!

John Solomon dropped this bomb tonight on Hannity!

John Solomon: I can confirm to you tonight. The US government had open source intelligence and was aware that as early as February in 2019 that the Ukrainian government was planning on reopening the Burisma investigation. This was long before the president ever imagined to have a call with President Zelensky. In fact it’s before President Zelensky was even elected. This is a significant shift in the factual timeline. This is information that was omitted from the whistleblower’s complaint.

Former CIA Station Chief: Attempted Coup Against President Trump Looks Like CIA Operation Led by John Brennan (VIDEO)

https://www.thegatewaypundit.c...led-by-john-brennan/

In an exclusive interview with RAIR Foundation USA retired CIA Station Chief Brad Johnson claims the attempted coup against Donald Trump looks like a CIA operation.

Johnson even suggests that former CIA Chief John Brennan is behind it.

Brennan added, “This is the last big gasp so they’re pulling out all the stops. You can see who the desperate people are… We just saw former CIA Director John Brennan out on national news saying, “Please anybody else out there who can be a whistleblower please step forward. Nows the time.”

On Monday night former State Department whistleblower Peter Van Buren spoke with Tucker Carlson on the current Democrat-Deep State coordinated attack to remove President Trump in a political coup.

Peter described the current accusations of the left as a “three way pitch-and-toss” between the Democrat Party, the liberal media and these deep state whistleblowers.

Van Buren then alleged that the second whistleblower is actually an accomplice with the first whistleblower.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Pelosi Democrats Changed House Rules on Impeachment on Day ‘Whistleblower’ Complaint Filed — Pulled Authority Away from Full House!

https://www.thegatewaypundit.c...way-from-full-house/

As Joe Hoft reported earlier today — The House Impeachment Rules were updated on August 12, 2019.
This is the exact same day that the partisan CIA whistleblower filed his complaint – August 12, 2019.

Here is the updated document.

The Conservative Treehouse reported on this last night.

As noted, the impeachment process document was updated on August 12, 2019.

+
We now have the exact changes that were made from the previous version.

The most obvious change is that Pelosi moved the responsibility and control from the entire House of Representatives to the House Judiciary Committee.

Here is the old language:

The two most recent resolutions adopted by the House to authorize an impeachment investigation were taken up by unanimous consent at the request of the Rules Committee chair.15 Rather than convene a committee meeting to order the resolutions reported with a quorum present, the chair asked unanimous consent that the House discharge the Rules Committee and agree to the resolution. Both of these resolutions concerned federal judges, and they were agreed to without debate.

In the case of the most recent authorization of a presidential impeachment inquiry, the full House did debate the resolution.

The new version created by House Democrats and published on August 12th gives the authority and control to the House Judiciary Committee.

(Changes in bold)

The two most recent resolutions adopted by the House to authorize an impeachment investigation were taken up by unanimous consent at the request of the Rules Committee chair. Rather than convene a committee meeting to order the resolutions reported with a quorum present, the chair asked unanimous consent that the House discharge the Rules Committee and agree to the resolution. Both of these resolutions concerned federal judges, and they were agreed to without debate.

In the three previous instances of judicial impeachments, however, the House did not approve a resolution explicitly authorizing an impeachment inquiry. The Rules of the House since 1975 have granted committees the power to subpoena witnesses and materials, administer oaths, and meet at any time within the United States—powers that were previously granted through resolutions providing blanket investigatory authorities that were agreed to at the start of a Congress or through authorizing resolutions for each impeachment investigation. In two of the three recent cases, the House agreed to separate resolutions to allow committee counsel to take affidavits and depositions.

If the House does approve an authorizing resolution, then in addition to the Rules Committee, the Judiciary Committee can report an original resolution authorizing an impeachment investigation if impeachment resolutions have been referred to the committee. In the case of the most recent authorization of a presidential impeachment inquiry, the Judiciary Committee reported such a resolution, and the full House debated it.

And here is a visual comparison of the changes that were made by Democrats to the document on August 12th, the same day that the whistleblower filed his complaint!

The Democrats took the power and responsibility away from the full House and put it into the hands of the House Judiciary committee.

It is also noteworthy that the new document states that the Judiciary Committee holds the investigation, hearings and markup of articles of impeachment.

However the current impeachment sham is being held by the most dishonest Representative in Congress today- Democrat Adam Schiff – who oversees the Democrat’s Intelligence Committee, not Judiciary –
President Trump is an innocent man. He is doing great things for America. Across the Union Americans are outraged with the corrupt, if not criminal, actions of the current Democrat House members. Americans will not stand for this. We demand justice and the rule of law, not the destruction to the Constitution that has been going on for the past decade under Democrats in Congress and their President Obama!

Try, Try Again! The #Resistance and Impeachment

https://amgreatness.com/2019/1...nce-and-impeachment/

October 9, 2019

We are now into the second collusion story and (at least) the second attempt at impeachment, now featuring a second “whistleblower” and counting.

If the #Resistance had a motto it would have to be “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.”

The Washington establishment and their cheering section wearing pajamas in mom’s basements across America have been trying to remove President Trump from office since the moment he was elected.

First they went for a recount in Michigan. That didn’t change the outcome, though it did uncover an inconvenient truth—the number of votes counted in Detroit exceeded the number of registered voters. Oops.

Losing on the recount front, they tried to bribe, cajole, and threaten presidential electors to ignore the will of the people.

When that failed, national security officials in the permanent government laid elaborate traps to spring on the newly inaugurated president. This Jumpin’ Jack Flash would be born in a crossfire hurricane indeed. Not only would they kick him out, they’d make sure no outsider would even think about stepping into their sandbox ever again, “Yessirree!”

As part of the trap, they changed the rules so raw intelligence—unverified rumor and hearsay in many cases—would be shared among a wider circle of officials, ensuring it would leak to the media.

They made it easier for American citizens caught on wiretaps of foreigners to have their identities exposed—”unmasked”—and leaked to the press.

They took sordid opposition research that never gained traction during the campaign and recycled it to inflame the elites to demand a special investigation into a Russian collusion plot that never existed.

Yeah, that’s the ticket, that’ll get Orange Man impeached, for sure.

But two years and a bunch of millions of dollars later, and they’ve got nothing. It didn’t happen.

The investigation came up a dry hole.

Not only that, but the daily news updates promising a gusher any moment turned voters off to the whole enterprise.

A reasonable person might try a different approach at that point, but these days reason is rare in politics and even rarer in the #Resistance.

So, having failed to impeach President Trump over (allegedly) colluding with Russia and obstructing justice in the 2016 election, they now seek to impeach him for (allegedly) colluding with the Ukraine and obstructing justice in the 2020 election.

The #Resistance Democrats have learned a few tricks in their never-ending impeachment series.

They learned that hanging their story on an over-the-hill British spy, Christopher Steele, didn’t play so well in Season One. Spies are used to assuming covers and false identities, so in Season Two they’d disguise the spy as a “whistleblower.” This is an especially useful cover as it cloaks the accuser in anonymity. That takes care of the Chrissy Blasey Ford problem. No examination of the witness. Bye-bye Sixth Amendment.

The first time around, they had the Mueller grand jury that operated in secret with cherry-picked leaks advancing the Democrats’ narrative. This time, the “inquiry” takes place behind closed doors, in classified sessions of the House intelligence committee and, again, the Democrats can release or leak only what advances their story. The first time around, the coup plotters unmasked the other team’s players. This time, they mask their striker.

Another lesson: rather than rely on a 33 page dossier, they’d boil the bill of particulars down to a 4 page complaint and leak a few phrases that make the most damning charges.

Doesn’t matter if none of it is borne out by the facts. The spin will be fixed in people’s minds before the truth comes out. Of course, that’s exactly what the Democrats accused of AG Barr of doing with his Mueller report findings memo. Since they think it worked so well for him, they reasoned they’d try it themselves. As they say in acting, only steal from the best.

But the facts—the transcript and the “complaint”—came out much sooner than expected and the whole scheme started to fall apart in real time.

When the “promise to a foreign leader” was nowhere to be found in the telephone call transcript, that charge was jettisoned in favor of a “quid pro quo” accusation which, again, could only be imagined, not seen in the evidence.

A compliant media helped the Democrats pull off their sleight of hand. But there’s only so much it can do when one of the leading men muffs his lines. That’s exactly what happened with Rep. Adam Schiff (D.-Calif.), Chairman and Inspector Clousseau of the House intelligence committee.

He’s proven himself to be a liar, and a not very good one at that. When the New York Times reported Agent Smith, the anonymous CIA agent-cum-whistleblower, met with the intel committee majority staff, it was time to go to the video of Schiff claiming “we” never met with the CIA agent.

And as day follows night, and just as the first collusion story was replaced by a second collusion story, when the first CIA agent proved ineffective he was replaced by a second.

We are promised there are even more whistleblowers to come. No surprise—there’s an endless number of Agent Smiths waiting in the deep state matrix to be called into action as needed.

But it’s not just a lack of imagination that has Democrats recycling the foreign interference plot line.

The Justice Department is poised to release findings on its investigation into the origins of the 2016 Russia collusion ghost story that haunted the nation for three years. It is imperative that Democrats recast Attorney General Barr’s investigation into 2016 election interference as interference in the 2020 election.

We say 2016, they say 2020, we say investigation, they say interference. We say to-may-toe, they say tom-ah-toe.

Let’s call the whole thing off.

It will be worst in the big cities.

I actually believe the shock could be so great, that it might be a post nuclear event type of calmness. Lots of people not wanting to get out of bed. Liquor stores will be out of inventory. Liquor delivery services will be maxed out.

https://www.breitbart.com/clip...-in-trump-districts/

Republican National Committee deputy communications director Cassie Smedile acknowledged her organization was targeting Democrats not just in districts President Donald Trump won in 2016 but also ones he narrowly lost to Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton as well.

“We’re spending millions of dollars on TV and digital ads in these very districts,” she said. “There are over 30 Democrats in districts that Donald Trump won. If you add in districts that Hillary Clinton narrowly won that previously Republicans have won, now you’re looking at over 60 districts.

And those are represented by Democrats in Congress who did not get elected by saying they were going to be part of the socialist ‘Squad,’ or the next AOC, or an obstructionist. They got elected exactly the opposite. They said, ‘I’m not going to be like them. I’m going to be a pragmatist. I’m going to work with Donald Trump when possible.’ And you know what? Not only have they not done it, but by then coming out in favor of this impeachment inquiry, they have shown their true political partisan stripes.”

xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

In the House now, there are 235 DEMs and 197 REPs

If in 2020 we can get a +20 seats to REP, we would narrowly take the House back.

DEMs may be thinking the additional risk of going forward w impeachment isn't that big. If Donald Trump wins in 2020, the DEMs very well may lose the House, impeachment or not.
