So now you won’t hear another thing about it on CNN, MSNBC etc

Just a few days ago it was “TRUMP’S FUTURE HINGES ON THIS NC SPECIAL ELECTION!”

I liked Bolton, and am not happy that his voice is out, but in the end it's the President's policies that matter.

The President rallied for Bishop. He won tonight.
Or, you'd rather see another Republican seat taken by a Dem?

Greg Murphy (R) also won the 3rd district. Although that was less of a toss up as we are pretty conservative.

Here is a quote that stuck in my head from the guy that Dan Bishop beat in the 9th:

"One of these crazy white nationalist guys could just roll up into a gun show right here in North Carolina and buy all the assault weapons they want."

What an asshole.

You are misreading my response. The post I'd made before indicated that I was not following that contest, and this reponse was to say that I now knew the outcome and assumed that it was one you approved of.

I am also pleased that a Republican seat was retained in the House. We need more of them.

SCOTUS is allowing Trump's stricter new immigration policies to go into effect nationwide while the case is litigated.

On a side note, with judges confirmed today, that makes 105 so far.

I have read speculation that Obama left a lot of these seats vacant so Hillary could sell them after being elected President.

Yeah, that sounds about right.
They all thought the 2016 election was in the bag, literally.

Maybe this is a means to end nationwide injunctions used to stop a president from being a president.

It may carry a message.

Bolton has always delivered diplomacy in a smash mouth sort of way. I always liked him and still do.

Bolton is catching blame for Venezuela, too.

I just clicked on a yahoo article about the new house investigations against PDJT. Strategy is keep him slandered by the seriousness of the charge. Not surprising coming from a lefty site like yahoo. What did surprise me was reader comments. On the first page, every comment was in favor of PDJT.

NC special elections, 150 judges appointed, stock mkt soaring...

There is a lot of winning going on. MAGA/KAG Smile

Throw back Thursday... I've watched this video half a dozen times. To me, this is 100% why he won.

^^^^^ This is a fantastic video!

I love the excellent shot of Para at 4:43 Big Grin

This video is a great reminder of our last historic election and harbinger of the election to come in 2020.

Everyone on SigForum should e-mail the link to friends, family, and .... don't forget to send a copy to any Democrats / Socialists in your address book. Cool

Shit is about to get real.

House Dems move on Trump impeachment, set rules for if they decide to start an investigation into whether or not they should investigate possibly considering an impeachment investigation.

In other news they had a heated exchange on whether or not to order pizza or subs for lunch. Debate lasted for six hours, but stalled when one faction demanded Pizza hut and the others wanted Papa John's. In the end they ended up going home hungry because they couldn't get a quorum to bring it to a vote.

Two names who would give Trump an all-star security team after Bolton
BY JOHN SOLOMON, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR — 09/11/19 08:15 AM EDT

The Hill > https://thehill.com/opinion/na...ty-team-after-bolton
=====================================
"Love him or hate him, Donald Trump knows exactly what he wants when it comes to foreign policy. He wants a clear definition of the American strategic interest across the globe and a commitment that war is always a tool of last resort.

His stubborn loyalty to those two objectives sometimes is derided as nationalistic and non-interventionist by his critics."
.With John Bolton’s departure as the president’s national security adviser on Tuesday, President Trump has the rare opportunity to restore the American strategic interest to foreign policy and create a clear global doctrine to govern for years to come.

But it will require something he hasn’t always done well — picking the right people.

Sometimes it’s not the blustery media persona, which the relentless neocon Bolton offered, or the flashy uniforms of Gens. Kelly, McMasters and Mattis, or the establishment appeasement that Dan Coats presented that work best on the senior team."
.....

"Rather, it’s finding the strategic executioners who share the president’s policy vision or can, at the very least, subjugate personal ego to carry out the president’s plan with determination, clarity and competence."......

Sooo, Firm possibility of a definite maybe that the House Dems move to set rules for if they decide to start an investigation into whether or not they should investigate possibly considering an impeachment investigation of Trump.... Roll Eyes

^^^

so what this means is that the Dems still have no interest in actually doing the work of the people to ensure the country runs smoothly and in the best interest of the citizens

for them, its simply non-business as usual

my questions is why are they being paid? shouldn't they be doing this sedition shit on their own time?

No, what it means is if they get an impeachment proceeding authorized they can get a lefist judge to order Trump to release his tax returns and financial documents, they have no chance of impeachment, they can't get the votes and they know it.

It's about going after Trumps personal information for the election...
