I trust Trump to do it right, he is much smarter than anyone in DC, he is usually 10 steps ahead of them. Whenever the Dems think he’s about to step in it, it comes back and hits them square in the face.

The State of the Union speech is the perfect venue to declare the border crisis an official emergency and build the wall.

My guess is this is all about the wall.

If an emergency isn't declared, he will announce he has found funding for it.
