Last night, I went top shelf and opened a bottle of Justin's Isosceles. It's a Bordeaux (76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc, 11% Merlot) that perennially earns 90+ rating by wine enthusiast. I toured their Paso Robles Vineyard in 2018 and am a big fan of their reds (keep their cab, Tempranillo, and isosceles in my wine racks). It paired nicely with the lamb chops.
