Devil's River Rye, a gift from my parent's neighbor, it is smooth and could be a bit more rye-ish, quite drinkable. As a thank you gift I just finished baking him a loaf of challah bread, extra butter. The challah was 'smooth' also. My father opened his Glenmorangie Spios and approves. It is excellent. Sometimes A single barrel can be hit or miss. But this barrel is very good. One of the best bourbons Ive ever had. I have been drinking bourbon for decades long before it was popular with the millennial. Has a sweetness of honey and fruit then finishes with the perfect amount of spiciness.
