Over the weekend a co-worker decided to host an all staff BBQ. He did not care what team or group you reported through as long as you have business in Wisconsin you received an invite. That invite was extended to close to 100 co-workers. All that was required is that you show up and enjoy the afternoon.

Well here are the results (world class smoked meats that were outstanding):

Pork Belly Prep

Pork Belly rubbed

Pork Shoulder Prepped

Smoker is loaded (w/Andy - the host)

Did a few Sausages for the prep staff Big Grin

Pork Belly soaking up some smoke

Also a few ribs for the friends and neighbors that smelled smoke

Beef Brisket getting sliced

Pork Belly also got a touch of WI maple syrup or pepper jellies

Pork belly is done

That's incredible! After the prep, peppering, seasoning, smoking, pork shouldering, rib inclusion, and the addition of the brisket, it looks as though it never cooked!

All that prep work, and it still looks as though it's untouched. Your consistency is impressive.

Edit: Much better. Looks delicious!

Sounds like a lot of meat and work. Kudos to your coworker.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.
