Horsecrap: The warship didn't collide with a foreign vessel.

The Tug boat lost power and drifted into the warship.

Maybe this incident is nothing to be concerned about, but given the previous collisions, I think it’s fair to ask: What in the entire fuck is going on?!? They’ve radar and shit...right?
