I have a nice Wusthof boning knife to give away for Thanksgiving karma. I have several boning knives and I have only used this a few times. It is almost mint condition. A few small scratches from storage. I will sharpen it so you can shave with it Smile The hardwood handle requires you wash it by hand, as we should do with all good knives. I will let the Karmanator pick the winner on Thanksgiving. Please have 100 posts to be considered. Thanks to all for a great place here at Sig Forum.

The first review on this link describes it well.

You know, one of the few knives not in my kitchen is a boning knife. I've dropped the hint a dozen times over ~10 years, nothing.

Maybe this is why it was meant to be?

Thanks!

A good boning knife is essential. Taking down a chicken or a rib requires a good boning knife. My go-to is a Shun, and I just don't use this knife, so I want it to go to someone that will use it.

Wow, that is a REALLY nice knife. Wish my knives had those scales.

But without a stove, I'm more of a tinned mackerel in sunflower oil guy when it comes to fish.

Disallow Woodman Karmic entry at his request.

That's a beauty and would be a huge improvement over the knife we have been using. Thanks for the chance!

Heh Heh, that was funny. You could always use the boning knife to open a fish can when the damn tab breaks off. Smile

WOW,

I could put that to good use with my smoker, and with everything else in the kitchen.

Please throw my name in the Karmanator hat.

Thanks,

Very generous and a Happy Turkey day thank you for the chance. This knife would go good with the 2-odball Wusthof's we have.

I would like to try my hand for this karma. Thank you for the chance.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.
