James Henry Mason 49 a.k.a. Horse to you on this forum, past away Thursday November 12.
He left behind a wife and daughter.
After over six years and nearly 8000 posts on this forum many of you were blessed with his unique point of view and incredibly vast knowledge of firearms.
I know first hand that his participation on this site was one of the things that brought him great pleasure in his life.
I am sure that you all will remember him in your own way and have his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Oh man, this news absolutely saddens me.
James has helped me so much throughout the years with his vast firearms knowledge. He's probably forgot more about firearms than any of us will ever know.

I regret not meeting him in person last year when I was down his way.

My thoughts and prayers are with those who loved him. He will truly be missed.

Frown
