I read this and am nearly speechless. How would one argue this point face to face with the author? All the various laws and penalties concerning homicide aren't enough, we need one more re: Facebook and that will make the difference? I think the author just needs slapped across the face... Make it a crime to show killing on Facebook | ||

Would it make it a hate crime since I hate Facebook? On a serious note. Not a fan of lawsuits but I'd support the victims family going after FB for emotional distress or the like. | |||
