Just realized I blew through/past my 6K post and 10 yr anniversary! How time flies when you're having fun. Anyway, with a tip of the hat to Para and the mods for running such a great ship, and all of you for the various forms of enlightenment I've been privy to over the years, I offer a Nitecore EA4 Pioneer light. Read about it below, but essentially it's an 860 Lumen light that runs off 4 AA size batts (alkaline or rechargeable Ni-Mh like Eneloops). http://www.batteryjunction.com/nitecore-ea4.html one rule: minimum of 100 posts.
