17 feet. Nice work. Will it be featured in a Game of Thrones episode?

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Nice work, but I'm in the camp that wonders if it will remain stable over time. Will you be in a position to know?

Sorry, I'd rather not say. Clients have a funny way about not wanting what they spend broadcast in anyway. I know it's not likely to get back around to them, but the world seems smaller every day.

Oh I'll definitely hear if things head south. I really think it'll be alright. Never had a table come back yet, and we've don't a lot of them. Knock on wood!

Sorry for the technical difficulties. I really don't do too much interneting. The pictures should be back up.

I have no working understanding of woodworking, but I love the finished works of it. That will be a great addition to any office! Beautiful.

Impressive!

There's a place about an hour from me that pairs up huge pieces of old oak & walnut with cast iron bases from old shop machinery. The machine bases alone must weigh tons, then they add a 2 1/2-3' X 8-12' slab of wood to it!

Awesome work!

This is a bar top I made recently. Two pieces of live edge black walnut.First time I've ever done something of this scale. I've done a few gun stocks and small projects before this. Getting a smooth finish on a large flat surface is an art. Took me many coats to be happy with it.
