This deserves its own thread. Base model will be cheaper than a Mustang gt350.

I'm currently selling some of my internal organs on the Chinese black market. Who needs a kidney?

Do the 'air scoops' in the back do anything, or are they cosmetic?

The engine's back there. Welcome to the new world!

In all seriousness many (most?) mid engine cars do have front radiators too for engine, a/c and/or transmission but also have additional cooling components in rear sides near engine and fed by side scoops. See Porsche Cayman for example.

Saw a picture of interior and, as usual, it's a complete cluster. Not in a good way. Sometimes less is more, you ding-dong engineers.

It's actually not awful until you get to all that bullshit over by the passenger and making that seat even more claustrophobic. Oh and center stripes on steering belongs only on actual GT cars, not street cars. Hopefully there's an option to delete that, or at least make it black.... Roll Eyes

I like the looks, and a mid-engined car is okay with me. But...

It comes from Chevrolet. That's enough to doom it.

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

8 speed dual clutch only.

3rd pedal is slow now.

I like it, and might get one next summer, see how the next 8 months treat me.

You know this was my first thought as well. This is pretty radical for GM and apparently they had a ton of problems in development. If I had the money I would definitely wait a few years.

I agree with Georgeair... coool on the outside, not so much on the inside.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Looks nice. Maybe with computers and such these days it might be okay but based on my experience, I don’t have the skills to drive a car where the motor is behind me.

What did you guys expect for a GM interior? GM has been building cheap looking, poor fitting, out dated interiors for as long as I can remember.
