ATLANTA PEOPLE: This Thursday - Saturday (May 18-20) is the Georgia State Championships of Cowboy Action Shooting in Conyers, GA. http://www.srscowboy.com/events.html
There will be almost 200 shooters shooting 10 stages of fire using old west guns and dressed in traditional (and Steampunk) outfits. There will be many "western" vendors as well. Check the schedule of events and come on out. Please bring eye and ear protection (sunglasses or prescription glasses are fine). Free to come watch.

Friday and Saturday: Main Match.
I was doing great until the first stage on the second day. I fumbled with a reload and it cost me first place. I came in second in my category. The wife came in 3rd in her category.
Both Bea and I shot clean (no misses) only 24 out of 182.

In the first picture, it looks like you are shooting at a western Mary Ann from Giligan's Island. Nice shooting too.

Thanks BB61, the props ensure that competitors will move far enough to clearly see the targets without having to resort to "boxes on the ground", and they are nice to look at!
