Nice work on th A1c as well. I have or had type 2, but lost 150lbs through diet and excercise and now everything is reversed for now. No medications and all my numbers are great. Keep at it, you are doing a fine job.

And for those who think I am practicing medicine without a license by making a statement, my apologies. For the record I would hope someone doesn’t take a random persons opinion in a gun forum over their doctor, but I digress.
