Sounds good. We’ll see if it happens…

“Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said in a new interview that the company is so liberal, conservative employees don't feel 'safe' to speak up - and he wants that to change.

Dorsey, who has previously denied Twitter censors conservative tweets, made the comments during an interview with NYU journalism professor Jay Rosen for Recode Media.

'We have a lot of conservative-leaning folks in the company as well, and to be honest, they don't feel safe to express their opinion at the company,' he said. 'They do feel silenced by just the general swirl of what they perceive to be broader percentage of leanings within the company, and I don't think that's fair or right.'

Dorsey went on to say that he wants to make sure everyone who works at Twitter can express themselves…”

It all falls on him. Social media CEO's shouldn't pick sides.

We go through the same thing at University of Michigan. The president is a major liberal and let's his views be known. He should keep them to himself.

They're just waiting and watching to see who is naive enough to believe it.

I've met a few conservative individuals while living and working in San Francisco; however, I find it hard to believe that there are so many conservatives in Twitter that that CEO feels a need to address their inability to have a voice within the company.

By "conservative" he may just mean anyone who believes a little bit in any parts of the Constitution.

Which would be way more than lefties could tell you about what they believe. All they know is what they don't like.

It’ll be an interesting ruling at 5th Curuit when someone in the “trap” sues the company for retaliation and hostel work environment when someone gets fired. California definitely protects the worker and takes these aspects very seriously

I suspect California's grand worker protection laws do not apply to conservatives.

Right.
Dorsey is on the hot seat.
But leftists live in their own cocoon, separate from reality. So, they only listen to other leftists and their closed-loop circle just gets smaller.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Why would you be tired, which is what weary means?

Perhaps you meant leery, or wary?

Sure... Roll Eyes First thing is, as boss you can get rid of your VP of HR who's allowed such an environment to exist. No doubt they've soft-peddled and minimized any complaints that have been brought forward while encouraging and pushing, sessions on 'community outreach', 'empathizing with fellow employees' and 'celebrating diversity' campaigns, all of whom have deeply embedded far-left-overtones.

Secondly, fire your head of marketing or, branding or, strategic positioning or, whateverthefuck you call it, they're the one's who created and set-up the environment in which 'we only want the cool kids to work here'.

Lastly, you can take a deep look at your managers, you know, that Director and Sr.Manager level, those who only wear Twitter Woke shirts, decorate their cubicle in rainbow flags and protest placards while their screen saver has 'funny memes' about a certain political party/president.

They won't "retaliate" per se, but if you are outed as a conservative you can kiss any career advancement goodbye. And small (if any) pay raises at merit time.
