That is a worthless article, Arc. There isn't a single reference to how much, how much per body weight or anything else that would make it useful. It's almost click bait.

Aw, sorry Chief.

Here is a more thorough article.
Here is another.

Since I spent all of 5 seconds finding a general description of the potential issues with soy, that's all it is. If you want something more robust or specific, I recommend using that computer you're sitting in front of to find it yourself.

It's safe to assume one soy burger won't kill anybody, and that's why I said:

If you do eat a lot of soy, how's the Gynecomastia coming along?

Arc.

So we go them here and I had one.
I have tried a number of bean, veggie, soy, plant burgers. This Impossible Whopper is by far the closest in both texture and taste. To be honest I am not sure I could tell the difference between the two full sandwiches if had to do a blind taste test.
Patty vs. patty alone possibly but the sandwich with all the fixins I think not.

Funny the family in front of me all ordered one and then I did. He asked if I had tried it (think thy just started here yesterday) I said no. He said they don’t eat pork or beef so they were excited to give it a go.
I replied well there is pretty much no meat I won’t eat so I figure I may as well give these things a try too.

I’ll have it again. Not really something I would do at any real frequency but also hope it sticks around.

Good right up , Black.
I'm a meat guy... but I'd try one.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Nothing wrong with soy except the way it is processed:

"I recommend consuming one to two servings of whole soy foods per day, an amount equivalent to one cup of soy milk, or one half cup of tofu, tempeh, or soy nuts. I do not recommend using isolated soy protein products or soy supplements with high isoflavone concentrations ."

My lovely wife and I each tried one a couple of weeks ago. Neither of us thought it was even close to a real Whopper in taste. Perhaps we got a defective one. It was not awful, just not very good. Other than to make sure we didn't get a defective one, I would never order another one.

I hear Al Gore is making a ton of money on this...

Not any healthier, but definitely more expensive.
