You know that wild speculation and ascribing every misfortune to the left is Rush's bread and butter, don't you?

Sure, and I don't typically listen to him and wasn't near the radio knob to turn him off.

However the timing of the last big drop in February seemed a bit odd.
This theory that he was spouting did seem more credible then Ford honking her story to the Senate a week or so ago.

“We’re in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our administration…President Obama’s administration before this. We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,”
Pres. Select, Joe Biden

What do you suspect? Anything mysterious?

given how long the Fed has been telegraphing the move, its not hard to assume that they could have waited until after the mid term elections

with everyone's 401k taking a hit, thats what people are going to go to the polls remembering the most - forget the democrat dirty tricks...my retirement fund just tanked and now I have to work another year to make up for it

(note - thats not what I think about my 401k - but its what I think about the timing)

If they were telegraphing it that long, ought it to have been already priced in?

Or is this one of those “buy the rumor, sell the news?”

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown
