I love liver and organ meat, I'd probably like haggis.

Balut eggs, on the other hand, makes me cringe.

But if it's just cheek then it's fine. It's muscle just like any other cut of meat. I've had ox cheek stew in Germany and it was just like beef stew. You really wouldn't know the difference.
