I have been known to drive from New Orleans to Memphis for BBQ. Whenever we visit my Hometown of Warren PA we drive to Jamestown NY (about 27 miles one way) or sometimes Kane PA (about 30 miles one way) to eat "Texas Hots" (tenderized hot dogs with a Greek sauce similar to hot dog chili), mustard, and minced onion.
Been there done that, which is why I now have a small safe in each car that has some cash and a credit card.  A penny saved is a government oversight. | |||
