Be nice, he was a juvie. There are places in this country where a leftist prosecutor might even decline to prosecute. They'll at least hold him until his 18th Bday.

Juveniles can be charged as adults, and given adult sentences up to life in prison (with the possibility of eventual parole). Just no life without parole or death penalty for juveniles, per the Supreme Court. |
