Yes, there is a Paypal checkout option. I just couldn't get the code above to work on any already discounted items.

It did for me but no paypal option that I can see. Then I added a second code and the free shipping went away? Discouraged but I can do without. Oh well.

Actually kind of glad it doesn't work. I don't need another one, but that V2 looks very tempting.
