Yes, I have the genuine buns used by Krystals here.
The wife and I stopped by the day old bread store yesterday and there they were.
I commented I could make Krystals with theses.
Well the clerk informed me those WERE the rolls they supply Krystals for their burgers!

I wish we had White Castle here. Tried Krystals a couple of times and was underwhelmed. They seemed like a lesser version of White Castle.

I wonder what it would take to open a White Castle in Orlando...

Looks like you're in Massachusetts. Per the map in the linked web page, you would have to go west, into NY state, to find a White Castle. Or, come see us in the south, to try a Krystal.

Congrats on your find. White Castle burgers are cooked by steam, I believe. Is that also the case for Krystal burgers? Will you cook yours by steam?

Might need to lay in a supply of Tums.
They were probably right next to the buns you found.

There is a certain after effect to sliders.

I toss them on the griddle and place a lid over them, similar to how they're cooked at the chains.
I roll my beef flat and cut it into squares too.

Yes, but a bit confusing for those who have never seen it done. They use a flat top grill covered with onions (and "juice"). The patties have holes in them, are placed on top of the onions, and then have the buns placed on top to cover the patties while they cook.

You can put your own condiments on should you choose, but a White Castle slider is only the bun, patty with the onions they were cooked on, and pickle.

When we lived in NY we used to call them "Belly bombers"!

Don’t forget the used motor oil to cook in!
