This is disgraceful thing to be happening in Kansas, this is quite simple... don’t smash suspects, inmate, traffic law violator. Atleast no when cases are still invested or in court.

Why did Kansas need a law?

IMO to criminally charge the offending police who otherwise would only be subject to sexual harassment charges. They had a law for jailer rapists, but not street cops. In the Kansas City case, I suppose some of the vics complained, investigation fingered the dick (snigger), HR found not much could be done except fire him. Thus a law was born from genuine need. Maybe the other 32 states need to be proactive on this.

What the hell happened to the "code of conduct" concept. Seemed to work pretty well for the military.

How about just making it a department policy, and any/every one caught dipping his wick gets fired? Females sporting with prisoners get the same treatment. Fired for cause, no bennies.
