There will ALWAYS be anonymous registration of aircraft - either via the method described in the article, or via "charters", etc.

There MUST BE, otherwise, there would be too much value in knowing where Bigwig X is, at all times.

(Its an insider trading thing. Cars can get chaotic to track, and can be worked around - though there might be value in tracking them, to).

Knowing that a X corp and B Corp are starting to land at the same airport, at the same time, in a small town with Start-Up, can get very valuable.
