I agree if these charges are factual. Vets should not get a pass just because they are vets. Even Marines can have character flaws. However, the alternative candidate is the grandson of a terrorist. Quite a dilemma for a conservative House district in California.

He is. 1000%. To the point where they traveled to and left separately when entering their plea at court.

His paraphrased response:
"She's did it and this is between her and the court. Not me. By the way, I was in marines and deployed so show me some respect and vote for me."

Great. Now they will have two lawyers they can’t afford, and two divorce lawyers.

Who knows if the story is true, or which one is but none of them are complimentary.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

That’s right. Maybe he threw her under the bus. Maybe it’s part of their defense plan.

Not the bus plan. The indictment, and the various explanations which have been offered.

Since a number of the expenses charged to the campaign were for hotel rooms for Hunter and multiple other women, I think the wife's animosity is not a defense ploy.

If you have i-Heart radio, Carl Demaio is on KOGO AM 600 at 3:00pm San Diego time. Sometimes his snarkiness is too much for me to handle but for the most part, if you can listen past that, he does cover the local stuff pretty well (he's a libertarian)

Just because you can,
doesn't mean you should

You have a personal checking account and a business checking account.
One pays personal expenses, the other pays business expenses.
Not that hard. Keep it simple.
If you can't manage your money and affairs any better than that, you don't need to be representing me.
