If you are going to to take the time to list a bunch of stuff that you like.

Why wouldn't you offer a link .
that is if you have any interest at all in contributing to a thread?

If you are just typing to hear the keys click and clack , I totally get it . It makes you feel like you are accomplishing something.

if you are differently abled and unable to post a link that you want people to consider, I get that too.

and if you are venting and are uninterested in what people view under your screen name , I get that also.

My reason is pretty simple. I have a MAC desk top and I have no idea how to make, get, start or whatever a link.

Bob

AFTER I posted this, I sorta remember something about posting a link for certain types of posts. Since I don't know how to post a link, I have tried to make sure I was posting something that was unlikely to violate any rule.

I don't do well with computer-type stuff as you might imagine.

Stratghtshootwr1,
I know nothing about Mac books,. But it seems like once you are on a website , you should be able to see the web address some where.

Example: You are on the google searching for stuff to play with in the bath tub, you end up at bathtoys.com,

In the body of your post you type in www.bathtoys.com ,

And when people read your post, they will click on the address, and then politely thank you for offering a link.

Congrats. I clicked on each and everyone of those links and read it.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.
