Well, people who ask you that, really do not care how you are, it is just a form of greeting.

A lot of Older people I know and see, do not remember me anyway.

My 50 year high school reunion just took place Sept 11th.

No, I didn't go, didn't care about going because I hated high school and the cliques that existed, that I was not part of.

But most of all, disregarding the above, had I attended, it would have turned into a running discussion of each person's last 20 years of health issues.

About three times a year something some where turns a color, or looks weird, feels different , needs to be pinched or pushed,

and sometimes a guy just wants to know if what it's doing is normal .

85% is just life going on.
But again,
No one wants to hear or talk about it.
