Bodum double-insulated glasses labeled "USA" ...

USA is prominently in description of this glass. Having contacted Bodum before, I email to ask if it is domestic production. "No, it is made in China", I am told.

This particular item is manufactured in China.

Each item (gift box) include a set of 2 glasses.

Maybe the 'USA' has to do with the measurements '15 oz' being the measurements for the only country that doesn't use liters, i.e. the USA?

Not saying this is clear, but that would be one possible interpretation of that line.

I think the legal peril is if they say "Made in USA"
