Watch out if you order from Delta Team Tactical my experience with them over the past week has be frustrating to say the least.

Here's the deal I placed an order for 2 SOPMOD style AR stocks. At the end of the order I put in my debit card information and hit submit, it asks " do you want our site to save your payment information" I hit no, because I don't want my information saved anywhere.

I get a ding that I have an email. Open my email that says they have processed my order. Cool. I get another email a bit later saying the have some close out deals. I go back to their site through the email link for clearance items and find a grip with a storage compartment, & think hey that might be nice to have to carry a battery or two in. Look at the shipping and say heck no shipping is more than the grip so I close the page and ding get an email immediately saying they have processed my order and it will be shipped.

How did that happen I didn't put ant payment information in. So I immediately send customer service an email telling them the issue and that the order should have never been processed because I didn't put in any payment information, and I purposely didn't complete the order because the shipping was more than the item cost. I receive no response that evening.
Next day I hear ding so I check my email. Your order has shipped. About 30 seconds later email from CS were sorry you order has already shipped just refuse the package upon arrival. There is no way that our system processed your order without payment information.

Really why if I put in card number etc once do I now have two packages on the way?

Delta Team Tactical? Sounds like the name of a knife on Cutlery Corner.

Sounds like you are never going to receive the item, need to call your CC company [today] for a chargeback, and have that card cancelled with a new one issued.

I would never use my debit card online. Credit Card only.

I have a specific, very low limit card that I use only for online purchases just because of things like this. I have also gone out and bought a pre paid visa in a situation that it really skethcy
