There was a OIS Saturday night with perp being shot by LEO's. Local news said the officers encountered the subject breaking into vehicles who ran away. When caught the subject "displayed a firearm in the direction of the officers" and was shot. WTF? Who writes this crap??

It was Ch.10 (WAVY) and they are always doing that crap. Update: The same reporter changed the narrative on the shooting this morning and said the suspect was shot "after he pointed a firearm at the officers." Someone must have gotten to the story writer.
