A few weeks ago a client I am doing contract work for got a suite at the ballpark given to them on trade and they decided to let me use it as a marketing tool even after I warned them it was a bad idea...I knew I would not be able to put butts in the seats (that is another rant).

After telling them numerous times I had no takers they offer seats to employees encouraging them to Invite their clients. I should have seen the writing on the wall when one of the salespeople grabbed more than half the tickets for himself.

I decided to go to the game and when i got to the suite it was a full blown shit show. Mt sleazy sales guy had a bunch of younger girls (18-25) that he was hanging all over (he's married) and some of his "dude-bro" friends. I could only take it for 2 innings and left to find a seat elsewhere.

Even though there were no clients present the company still has a relationship with the baseball team and if he was my employee I would have canned his ass on the spot.

I do not understand why adults (40 year old males) have to act like entitle frat boys and cannot control themselves.

Because I personally have my own relationship with the team I made sure to send a not to my rep letting her know that I was a disgusted as anyone by this and gave her the name(s) to contact if there was damage or any issue

Most companies are more protective of their suites. Requiring employees and contractors working for them to show up in suits and ties.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Up until recently I worked with a fellow name David who usually brought someone out at night we referred to as "Other Dave".

Get a couple drinks in him and he was the most inappropriate horndog you can imagine, though I don't think he'd ever act on it. He would, however, drag you into situations that left room in the imagination for "observers" to interpret potential outcomes. You know, observers like co-workers, spouses, significant others.....

He was a much bigger dick than he thought himself!

The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.

The second most likely would have potential to lead to the first! Wink

No pictures of the 18-24 year olds for imaginary internet peers to judge?
