If you have a relationship with the branch manager and have had an account for a long time, it has been my experience that fees and problems with posting payments are written off. I have run a small business for forty years and require a notary, signature guarantee and other services from time to time. These are provided with no charge. I am afraid if they add free popcorn on Fridays like in Jerkwater, I could not get into the parking lot.
