As soon as my traffic hits AT&T from Comcast, it dies.
I really wanted to get in some online gaming tonight. Oh well, looks like I'll finish the book I'm reading instead. edited to add: this is not the first time this has happened, that's what makes it aggravating. |

I've been struggling with this same problem on my DSL since last evening.
I even bounced my router but it didn't help. However, it seems to be back to just about normal at this minute. |

Looks like they replaced the router or whatever last night. Tracing from Knoxville to the game server I run in Atlanta:
Ahhhh, much better! I usually have a great connection:
Give me a second to adjust my tinfoil beanie... This started to occasionally happen about the time the news came out that AT&T was capturing all packets that went through their systems. There are only a few providers out there on the backbone and your data goes through them, no matter who you get your service from. If one of them is capturing the data, I'd put even money that they are all doing it. |

Yes! Well, HalfLife2. I run the Atomic City server. Started it up a couple of months ago and some nights there are no open slots. I also play a lot on House of Rock and some on Nashville DJ's Skull Shock. |
