Dear Cocksucker,

If your going to rent your ONE apartment and you get someone who returns your stolen application with your 35 DOLLAR PER ADULT FEE. Don't take anymore until you've decided they aren't suitable. And especially don't lead all the additional applicants on your going to have several people very pissed off at you. AND IF YOU DON'T FOR SOME GOD DAMNED REASON LIKE ME AND NEVER INTENDED TO RENT ME THE PLACE DON'T TAKE MY FUCKING MONEY! Now go die in a fire you spineless little faggot.

oh snap! I got the run around from a couple of landlords- it sucks----At least you didn't realize he was terrible when you lost hot water or heat or something else for a couple of days without any response--Look at it as a gift of getting out early

I don't do application fees anymore, since I've gotten rather good at sensing which potential tenants are going to jerk me around. When I did do app fees, I only kept a fee on someone where I offered a lease to them, and then they said "thanks, but we've found another place." Every other app fee was returned. I found the process of app fees to be more pain then it's worth. They're only intended to cover the cost of researching a potential tenant who has no intention of renting the place, and is just wasting my time. Apps fees are not intended to be a money maker.

This guy sounds like a douche.

I hope I can make it across the border. I hope to see my friend and shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams. I hope.

Sounds like the perfect tenant. Landload / tenant disputes were what I looked forwards to during my shifts. Probably fifty / fifty on who was crazier. The tenant who dumped cement down the toilet. The one who turned up the stereo full blast and went to work. Then the ones who didn't pay for months, damaged the place and fought the eviction.

For years a work friend who owned a lot of rental properties tried to get me to buy some. I refused for this reason. Too much BS and it takes a lot of your time. My family owned rental properties and even though we always had outstanding tenants, it still involved a ton of work at all hours of the day and night.

Why is it the heat never goes out during the day???

To all my tenants, I am the best and I am the worst.
To the majority that pay on time, abide by the rules, and progress in life and move on, I am the best.
The minority that don't pay, make up their own rules, end up falling down.
It goes with the business, you'll get your barnicles and soon figure out where you're headed with a tenant,up or down, and then get there quickly.
The secret is to have a good product at a good price that will attract good tenants.

I've been nothing but a fantastic tenant ever zero complaints, pay the rent on time, don't fuck everything in the place up. keep the apartment clean. I just hate being ripped off by some friggin' moron who thinks hes shit don't stink.

Dad worked for TVA back in the 70s. We went to Rogersville right after we got the house built and we rented out the house so Granny would have someone up here with her. We came home one weekend to beer cans in the yard Granny went back with us till we could get them out of the house. Mom still fusses about the 20 penny nails they nailed in the wall to hold up something huge and heavy.
