i dont know why so many people are complaining about the girls looking young. i guess its an asian thing, when i shave people say im 16(im 24 and yes im asian). i understand you guys are saying that since they're not old enough they should be disqualified. look at the american girls here in the U.S 11 year old girls look like 16-19 year olds, they go around trying to be adults but they are jus 11-14 year olds....i see too many threads about young looking asains..comon guys be an adult about it...

You seriously look at those girls and think they are over 16? I mean, you are asian, you understand, probably more than the rest of us, that yes some younger girls can and do make themselves look older, but not very many can or WANT to make themselves look YOUNGER. Yes, there is a chance that we could all be wrong and they could all be 21. But seriously? We can't do anything. But the IOC can do a proper investigation and disqualify them if need be. It isn't just that we are saying they look young, there have been accusations by Chinese media as well, with presumably, good evidence. Addison told me how to make that line. |

There's nothing we can do about it, except bitch and complain. They have done it before, they are doing it now, and they'll continue to do it. The US has had cheaters in the past, who have been caught and handled appropriately. Just as they have had ones that have not been caught. If you have to cheat to win, it's not winning. I have no problem letting the Chinese have ALL the gold medals they want if it makes them feel better about it. They know if they are cheating or not. We know we have some of the best athletes in the world. There's no way they can dispute that. We'll all wake up tommorrow and everything will be the same as it was yesterday. We will still be The "Hated" American's and they will still be the Communist Chinese. Nothing's gonna change that no matter what we do. Who cares? if I showed up to the olyimpics and got my ass beat by a 4th grader I would rethink my goals. If a 11 year old can bring it and beat people many years older than her I say go for it. |

Guy calm down, its just gymnastics not anarchy. When I was 10 years old I was on a swim team in the 14-16 year old bracket, and when I won no one called me a cheater. I say if the little girl is under 16 and won a gold medal then good for her let her keep it. |
