I have been here almost a year. My waiver hasn't gotten here yet. Who do I contact to get another copy?

And mark123, I am sorry, I have had to place your PMs on my ignore list.

AND NOW THE GOOD NEWS!!!!

Shop owner evades charge on shooting
5:00AM Saturday August 09, 2008
By Jarrod Booker

Police have ruled out charging a dairy owner who opened fire with an air pistol at armed robbers in his store.

But they have warned other business owners not to assume they will automatically get a free pass for similar actions.

The Christchurch dairy owner, who wanted to be known as Nike, opened fire with the pistol on Monday night after one of the masked man advanced on the counter waving a long knife in a chopping motion. Nike believes he hit the man in the face before he grabbed the till and the pair fled.

Not sure if New Zealand has had a mandaory turn in like Australia. The air pistol may have been all he could use.

The projectile from the average air pistol can... raise an painful & embarrasing welt. Even more embarrasing will be admitting to your hard core criminal buddies that some old fart with a BB gun ran you off. Big Grin

I choose my caliber based on the noise I want an assailant to make when shot by it.

.357 SIG - Acceptable. "Sig!" is an appropriate grunt of surprised pain.
.45 ACP - I'm not so sure here. "Ackpth!" sounds a bit like Bill the Cat.
9mm - Okay, tough one here. If we go with "Parabellum", that's much too Latin and lucid for someone I just shot. "Luger!" is acceptable, though.
.38 Special - Anybody shouting, "Special!" after I shoot them scares the hell out of me.

105mm is 120mm set on "stun". Big Grin
