Same here...only FedEx does this....UPS seems to always get it right.

I wander my street looking on porches, spot my pkg and knock...normally within a few houses off. All the homes are clearly labeled...very odd.

Same here. Found two packages last week behind a garage in the alley beside my townhome. I think they use GPS & do not look at the house numbers clearly on each door in my area.

Just got a package today for 9445 and I am 9545
Close but no cigar.
Big green address numbers on the mailbox.
Oh well at least I got to talk to the neighbor when I delivered it to the right address.

We had two packages SUPPOSED to arrive at our house, and got the notification that our packages had been delivered. They weren't there. When we called FedEx or UPS (can't remember which), the customer service rep said that they "verified they were delivered to the proper address."

Well, we have a doorbell camera, and there was NOTHING on it. We assumed it was not porch pirates, and I walked up and down the street looking for a pair of packages on somebody else's doorstep. We finally had somebody down the street drop the packages off to us after they got home from work. They delivered them about 5-6 houses down the block (big house numbers on the side of our house, easily visible from the street).

What annoyed me most was the flippant 'we verified they were delivered to the correct house,' when in fact they were NOT. I think they just use that as a standard answer to avoid culpability. Imagine if they were honest - they would have to say, "Well, we THINK we delivered it to the correct house. I mean, the delivery dude delivered literally 300 packages today, and he can't remember every single one." All the Karens would lose their minds. . ..

One of the things Amazon drivers do is snap a picture of the delivered item on the doorstep, a pretty good idea, you get an email picture...

If FedEx did that you'd know which house to go to and get your stuff..

This is the second time from the Braselton hub.
They use contractors to deliver. Incompetent contractors.
Lowest bidder inner city contractors.

I'm on a cull Dee's sac with 15 houses.

One day wife gets the notice her package was delivered... with a pic. I look outside and nope, not there.

Check the photo and see about 10 packages and an address which is clearly not ours, is the house at the opening of the cull Dee's sac. I go to the house (we're close friends) and rummage through the packages.

Not one package for that address. Not. One.

They all belonged to other houses on the street. Talk about a lazy driver. Wife calls Amazon (where she bought from) to complain. Verbatim she's told not to take the packages and, they would resend the package. Wife demanded a refund - as did all the other houses.

And yes, I know how to spell cul-de-sac. Wink

I had a problem with the Amazon delivery van, he always left stuff at the neighbors. Our address is easily visible on the road, same as our driveway.

I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with them 9 months ago, it’s been much better since then. I think the guy was just following some electronic steering, not even looking out the window for the address.

mine end up the same way... Kinda.

I can check the tracking number and it would be delivered two hours earlier.

Later the driver pulls up with one of my packages and I tell them to go back to Antioch Church Road to get my other one.

I get the deer-in-the-headlights look every time.

I am surprised, FedEx has been really good with me. they never fail to arrive on time and package is always in great shape. USPS on the other hand has been terrible all the way.

Welp, they're now 2 for 2.
My Chewy order has been delivered to somewhere other than my house.

Clowns, fucking clowns.
I called the Braselton hubs UNLISTED number and spoke with the supervisor there.
Their drivers ARE contractors and they use a FedEx mapping system.

Well it's WRONG. Anyone who's been to my house knows that, well, I'm the only one down here.

I've got a package being delivered at some point. It left Independence Kentucky 3 days ago on its way to Indianapolis. Damn! I could have ridden a bicycle down there and back in that time frame!
