I recently purchased this P938 .22LR Conversion Kit, directly from Sig. It is NOT the "target" version, but is about 1/4 inch longer than the 9mm slide. Also there is a tool for disassembly included.

Has this kit changed from what it was previously, or has it always been this way?

Also, I'm not sure how to use the disassembly tool.
