I would like to know if the 220 SAS Slide will work with a German 220 frame. The slide currently on the frame is a stamped metal one but if possible, I would like to replace it with the SAS. I would like to keep the weapon DA/SA.

It might. However, since the SAS is a carry length slide you will need to swap the locking block as well.

If you have the two pistols I would swap out the DAK fire control parts for DA/SA rather than run two different frames with two different slides.

The swap of the parts is pretty easy and the necessary parts are available from Top Gun Supply. You might even find someone who wants DAK and has a DA/SA and you can do a parts trade. Sig will do the swap for around $200 plus shipping.

I meant to make the DAK to DA/SA. Unless I missed the point of the post I thought that he wanted a SAS with DA/SA.

I agree though it is not (easily) possible to make a folded slide frame pistol DAK.
