Can I use my new Sig 762 Ti qd silencer on my 556 MCX? Will the 762 flash hider fit the 556 barrel?

The 762's flash hider is probably threaded 5/8x24. It will not fit on the 1/2x28 thread that is on a 5.56 caliber bbl.

But, you should be able to get 1/2x28 threaded flash hider that will fit your 762TiQD.

I just spoke to Sig and we are swapping out my 1/2x28 556 flash hider for a 1/x28 762 flash hider.
I can't wait to try out my silencer.
