ThinmanNeed Dovetail Specs for P226 and SP2009
Rear Sight Dovetails appear to be the same on my 1986 P226 and 1999 SP2009. Can anyone tell me if the dovetails are the same specification? There is a good selection of sights for the P226 but not much for the SP2009. SP2022 doesn't have much offered for it either. I'm pretty sure, but not absolutely positive, that the SP2009 and SP2022 have the same rear sight dovetails.

All P-series SIGS, as well as the SP2009, SP2340, and SP2022 dovetails are identical. If a sight says it will fit a P-series (P220, P224, P225, P226, P228, P229, P239...) it will fit a SIGPro. The P320 dovetails are the same as well.
The difference is the heights.
Generically:
357SIG or 9mm will use a #8 front and #8 rear
40S&W and .45ACP will use a #6 front and #8 rear
