My preference is for the TruGlo TFO sights. These contain both a "light pipe" fused fiber device as well as tritium lamps, two in the rear and one in the front. So it does have the effect of the three dot thing. But the fiber optic thing works great from early dawn to late dusk (it's flourescent, and the ultraviolet is the first thing up and the last thing down, so they sort of glow in low daylight conditions). And in front of each "pipe" is the glow in the dark radioactive tritium light, so it works great in the dark, too. Won't fit in some plastic holsters.

Do what you're told, sit down, shut up, look straight ahead, no talking, and mind your own business. Did you bring enough for everybody? You're too tall ... we're going to cut you off at the knees so that it will be fair for the others. You ought to be ashamed of yourself!

I have looked at these some time ago. I can't seem to figure out how they adjust for elevation. I guess you could just keep trying them to see how far above or below the line you need to be to hit the target.
